You can’t touch anyone else right now, but you can touch yourself all you want in this slow flow exotic dance class! You will be dancing on and around the couch, using your own playlist or you can stream one created by the instructor. No experience necessary, just a desire to move your body and get sexy in the comfort of your own home

Sioux ZQ

Sioux ZQ, SPT is a Los Angeles based performing artist and instructor, currently completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at CSUN. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in World Arts & Cultures - Dance from UCLA, and a Master’s degree in Film & TV Production from USC. A dancer for over 20 years, she has taught dance and aerial fitness classes for the past 6 years at studios throughout Los Angeles.

Her obsession with dance science, anatomy, and injury rehabilitation led her to the world of physical therapy. She has worked successfully in the clinical setting as a PT Aide and a DPT intern, and plans to work as a physical therapist specializing in dance and circus artists upon completion of her doctorate. Sioux ZQ took her first class at Fit and Bendy in 2015, and immediately fell in love with Kristina’s intelligent approach to contortion training, incorporating it into her physical therapy practice.
